Located directly across the street from the beach path, allowing easy and quick access to the sparkling blue ocean. CAC, CCTV's, stereo w/CD, VCR/DVD, fenced yard, open deck, eagle's nest, and sunroom. Bedroom 4, complete with bathroom, has outside access only. No smoking. No pets.
