This beach cottage has lots of amenities to make your summer break extra special...including a brand new eagle's nest deck offering views of the ocean and bay! Drink a glass of wine and be inspired by our famous Back Bay sunsets. Cozy sunroom will be the perfect spot for your afternoon siesta. Located directly across the street from the beach path, allowing easy and quick access to the sparkling blue ocean. CAC, CCTV's, stereo w/CD, VCR/DVD, fenced yard, open deck, eagle's nest, and sunroom. Bedroom 4, complete with bathroom, has outside access only. No smoking. No pets.
