The first floor ocean side deck with wet bar and 2 mini-fridges will be the cool spot to hang out in, offering swings for adults and kids, a hammock, outdoor pool table and ping pong table, tether ball, a thatched roof jungle gym and some children's sand toys and trikes. There is also a new 102" OUTDOOR THEATER SCREEN for the ultimate outdoor experience! Build a bonfire in the evening in the firepit, located on the dunes overlooking the ocean, with convenient thatch covered picnic tables nearby. Plenty of parking. CAC, LCD HDTV in upstairs greatroom along with wet bar and refrigerator, CCTV's, DVD, 2 grills, 1 large gas grill and a 36" Weber Charcoal Grill, Enclosed Outdoor Shower, HE washer and dryer with additional refrigerator in the laundry room, Kona Coffee provided for you upon check-in, free Daily Newspaper delivery, a roll-in shower located on the first floor for elderly or those in need.
