CAC, 50" LCD HDTV in the great room, LCD CCTV's in all bedrooms, VCR/DVD players, stereo units, fireplace for off-season use only October-May, screened porch, hot tub, 8 ceiling fans, ping pong, volleyball, horseshoes, canoe, outdoor shower.
