Two Full Size Refrigerators and Two Dishwashers Plus a Desk/Work Area including a Fax Machine. Kitchen has Deck Access for relaxing during meal prep time. An elevated dog feeding station is provided too!! Dining Room Table has seating for 20. Fireplace and 42 Inch Flat Screen TV over the Gas Fireplace are also in dining area, great for conferences or enjoying watching the memories you are making at Oceans 11! Main living area with 73 Inch Flat Screen TV with DVD and plenty of seating with Ocean Views! Two covered decks, one off the dining area wraps around and both offer relaxing seating, plus there is a Gas Grill convenient for the family chef. South side has a Queen Master with Ocean View and TV, and a Queen Master with TV. North side has a Queen master with TV and Full Hall Bath, another Queen Bedroom with Ocean View and TV and full bath..

Ground Level: Foyer leading to large Rec Room off the Indoor Pool (14x14). Rec Room offers a Full Size Pool Table, Foosball Table Ping Pong Table and large Flat Screen TV, Stereo. Seating provided to rest between games, Laundry with Full Size Washer/Dryer and Half Bath. INDOOR HEATED POOL AVAILABLE YEAR ROUND. Deck access from the Rec Room leads straight to the beach and has an outdoor shower. Bedroom with two Duo Bunk Beds, TV, and two Queen Master Suites with TV, South side of the Rec Room has two Queen Master Suites, both with TV and full baths.
