In few minutes in bus, you have access to the 3 major metro lines. Bicycle paths are close to the door and Montreal own a bicycle rental system called (Bixi) available around the city. This apartment is closed to the Promenade Masson, a commercial street where you can find all things you need in day to day such as bakery, butchery, fruiter, groceries, restaurants, drugstore.
