This property offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units that feature private balconies, 9 ft. ceilings, granite kitchen countertops and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and Choctawhatchee Bay. With just a short walk to the beach, 11,000 sq. feet of pools, a championship 18-hole golf course, eight tennis courts and access to 2,000 feet of snow white sand and emerald green waters, this is the perfect vacation spot to relax and enjoy yourself. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet is available in unit. Please note that a USD 176.40 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. Persons booking unit must be 25 or older, with valid ID, and must occupy unit for the entire stay. No singles under 25 without guardian. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees.
