Casa Demade A is a graceful studio apartment. It sleeps four people. It is appoximately 35 square meters (375 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating. You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Amalfi, where you will find restaurants, the shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach at 150 meters (approximately 490 feet). Casa Demade A is located on the third floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 60 stairway steps. You will not need a car to stay at Casa Demade A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved) or in a public parking lot (where a space can not be reserved). Living Room The living room is paved with terracotta tiles with inlaid hand-made mayolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette can be closed in a cupboard and is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the characteristic pedestrian alley. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Bathroom The bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
