Casa Ronella is a welcoming two-story independent house located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Ronella you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance. Casa Ronella is 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features two private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be in the heart of Nocelle. You will find the closest restaurant at 100 meters (330 feet), a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and the stop for Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Montepertuso - Nocelle line at 150 meters (490 feet). You will reach Casa Ronella from the parking area going down a 300-meters (985-feet) walkway that cuts through a courtyard and includes approximately 130 stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Ronella you will need a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 200 meters (220 yards), for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).
Entrance LevelTerrace 1
The first terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the first bedroom and from the living room. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the coast and of the sea at a distance.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television and a CD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a hydromassage shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Bottom LevelTerrace 2
The second terrace is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the second kitchen. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the coast and of the sea at a distance and of Praiano.
Kitchen 2
You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the second terrace.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
