Villa Nora is a characteristic and welcoming two-story age-old farm house surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Nora you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Senesi hills and of the vineyards. Villa Nora is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Castel San Gimignano, where you will find a restaurant and a grocery store.
To stay at Villa Nora you will need a car. You will be able to park it in a fenced covered parking space. Please note that access to Villa Nora is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.
Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the parking area going down a stairway which consists of approximately 15 steps. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.8 meters (5.9 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the Senesi hills and of the vineyards. The pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.
Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen and from the garden. It is partly shaded by a perfumed wisteria pergola and by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a splendid view of the Chianti hills and of the vegetation.
Garden
The garden is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun umbrellas. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Senesi hills.
First Apartment, Bottom FloorLiving Room 1
The ceiling of the first living room has characteristic exposed wood beams and terraccotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include three sofas and a desk. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television, a CD player with FM radio, a personal computer with broadband Internet connection and an Ethernet plug for broadband Internet connection (don't forget your cable!). From the living room you will be able to enter a garden through a French door.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room going down three steps. It is well equipped, with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a counter refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. There is a fireplace made of bricks. There is a table to seat 12 guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the patio. Here you will also find a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are elegant. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room has a window.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a garden through a French door. Here you will also find a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
