Casa Picea C is a welcoming two-story apartment that is part of an ancient country house located on top of a small hill. It sleeps eight people. From Casa Picea C you will have a pleasant view of the Chianti hills and of the vineyards. Casa Picea C is 115 square meters (1240 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Castelfiorentino, where you will find restaurants, the shops and public transportation. You will reach Casa Picea C from the garden going up an external stairway which consists of approximately five steps.
To stay at Casa Picea C you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space.

The apartments of Casa Picea are found in an old farmhouse that was originally a hay barn dating back to about 1800. The large house, which was restored in 2005, is divided into 4 apartments, each with its own independent entrance.

The farmhouse sits on the ridge of a hill at about 200 meters above sea level, and is surrounded by a spacious garden of about 2500 square meters, along with a large olive grove. Here, you'll be in a tranquil and sunny spot that offers fabulous views of the picturesque Tuscan countryside and Florentine hills.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Chianti hills and of the vineyards. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the end of April until mid-October.
Garden
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. In the garden you will find a children's playgrounds. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the Chianti hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

In the garden there will be a reserved area for your own exclusive use. The garden is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the Chianti hills.
Bottom FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is also a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet). In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room going down three steps.
Top FloorBedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a safe.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Mezzanine LevelBedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is sloping, has characteristic exposed wood beams and terraccotta tiles and has an height of 1.90 meters (6.2 feet) at its highest point and of 1.60 meters (5.2 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a small window.
