Positano 2 br Vacation Rental Apartment

Casa Totina is a graceful apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a villa located in the center of Positano. It sleeps four people. From Casa Totina you will enjoy a pleasant view of the coast and of the sea at a distance. Casa Totina is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line at 150 meters (490 feet) and the closest beach at 300 meters (approximately 990 feet) including 350 stairway steps. You will reach Casa Totina walking past a small entrance gate and going down a short private walkway that cuts through a courtyard and includes approximately 40 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Totina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it downtown, for a fee, in a private parking lot.
Patio
The patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers.
Garden
The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a lemon pergola. You will be able to reach it from the patio. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, four deck chairs, four sun loungers and an external shower. From the garden you will enjoy a wonderful view of the coast and of the sea at a distance.
Living Room
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid handmade mayolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen television. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet).
