Casa Frassinella D is a characteristic and welcoming two-story cottage located on top of a small hill. It sleeps six people. From Casa Frassinella D you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan countryside. Casa Frassinella D is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 800 meters (half a mile) from Cinigiano, where you will find restaurants and the shops.
To stay at Casa Frassinella D you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

On the premises you will find three houses separated by a large garden and surrounded by 25 acres of land covered by woods and olive groves. You'll be on top of a small hill and your view sweep over the hills, main feature of the Tuscan Maremma.

Frassinella A and B are the ground floor and first floor of one house, while Frassinella C and D are two separate cottages. For all guests there are reserved areas in the garden, and a large swimming pool is available to all.

The villas are a starting point for trekking in Tuscan Maremma.  Also you will be 65 kilometers far from the pleasant seaside towns of Tuscany such as Castiglione and Talamone, 28 km from Montalcino, home of the famous Brunello, one of the most famous wines in the world, and 45 km from Pienza, famous for its gardens.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The swimming pool area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Tuscan hills. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is partly shaded by a olive tree. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
 Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan hills.
Garden
The garden is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a olive tree. It is equipped with two deck chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan hills.
Living Room
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a rocking chair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). There is also a washing machine. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television.
First FloorBedroom 1
This room has no door. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the hills. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
