You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Castelfiorentino, where you will find the shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.6 miles).
Casa Cassiodoro L is located on the first floor of an ancient farmhouse.
To stay at Casa Cassiodoro L you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space. Please note that access to Casa Cassiodoro L is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.

The complex was once a small village, typical of the Tuscan countryside. It is situated in the middle of an area which covers 50 hectares of land, cultivated with grapevines and olive groves.

Here you will find four stone buildings which have been renovated into holiday homes. A large garden and a swimming pool will be available for you.

Three of the buildings have been separated into eight apartments, they are close to each other and near the swimming pool. The other building has one apartment only (Cassiodoro A) and it is about 400 metres from the shared pool.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the street level going down approximately six stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. It is partly shaded by a pergola. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Valley. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playgrounds. Here you will also find a barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal.
 Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. There is a big fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The room has two windows with a view of the vegetation and of the hills.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the countryside. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the vegetation.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the countryside.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is small and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor. Bathroom 2
