The complex was once a small village, typical of the Tuscan countryside. It is situated in the middle of an area which covers 50 hectares of land, cultivated with grapevines and olive groves.

Here you will find four stone buildings which have been renovated into holiday homes. A large garden and a swimming pool will be available for you.

Three of the buildings have been separated into eight apartments, they are close to each other and near the swimming pool. The other building has one apartment only (Cassiodoro A) and it is about 400 metres from the shared pool.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the street level going down approximately six stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. It is partly shaded by a pergola. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Valley. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playgrounds. Here you will also find a barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.

In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal.

The garden is partly shaded by a roof and by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Living Room
The living room is paved with ancient terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. There is a big and age-old fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two windows. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small green area at the back of the house through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
