Casa Cassiodoro B is a characteristic apartment located on top of a small hill. It sleeps four people. It is appoximately 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area and winter heating.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Castelfiorentino, where you will find the shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.6 miles).
Casa Cassiodoro B is located on the ground floor of an ancient farmhouse.
To stay at Casa Cassiodoro B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space. Please note that access to Casa Cassiodoro B is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.

The complex was once a small village, typical of the Tuscan countryside. It is situated in the middle of an area which covers 50 hectares of land, cultivated with grapevines and olive groves.

Here you will find four stone buildings which have been renovated into holiday homes. A large garden and a swimming pool will be available for you.

Three of the buildings have been separated into eight apartments, they are close to each other and near the swimming pool. The other building has one apartment only (Cassiodoro A) and it is about 400 metres from the shared pool.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the street level going down approximately six stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. It is partly shaded by a pergola. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Valley. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playgrounds. Here you will also find a barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal.
 Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. There is a fireplace. From the living room you will be able to enter the small patio through a French door.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is a table to seat four guests.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through a corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room and from the corridor.
