Originally owned and operated as the La Jolla destination for the exclusive Lusso Club of the ultra wealthy, this contemporary 4,800 square foot WindanSea beach home designed by architect Lou Domini boasts of the highest quality construction and amenities to be found. Vaulted ceilings, four living floors, game room, top floor ocean view deck with brand new jacuzzi hot tub, and two kitchens with all of the appliances and technology expected for luxury living are only a few of the features for guests to enjoy.

This professionally decorated vacation home boasts five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and two kitchens throughout the expansive yet comfortable home. Built in 2006 using all steel and concrete construction, this ultra modern home is perfect for two families traveling together, large groups, and private functions. The bedrooms are evenly spread out throughout the house to provide maximum convenience and privacy for our guests. The spacious master bedroom has a large king sized bed, gas fireplace, 42' flatscreen TV with wireless blue-ray, and its own ocean view private patio while the other four bedrooms all have queen beds, Ipod players, and 42' flatscreen TV's. All TV's throughout the home are Smart TV's which provide guests the ability to not only watch television but also use Netflix, Huluplus, Vudu, Skype, Facebook, and much more.

The spacious kitchen area is perfect for prepping and cooking meals and offers Wolf Appliances, Frigidaire dishwasher, and a large double door Sub Zero fridge. Open the giant sliding doors to the outside patio and increase the free-flowing style of the house while you cook and entertain. Feel free to use the 5 burner grill on the outside patio complete with patio heaters and brand new Trugrass Turf. In addition, guests are sure to enjoy the Game Room which boasts a pool table, darts, poker table (complete with cards and chips), and numerous other games for everyone?s enjoyment as well as a separate kitchen.
