Occupying the highest address on the mountain, The Aspens is located at the foot of Highway 33 Ski Run from here you have access to 5 major chair lifts. The ski locker and ski access door are on the same level as the condo, so it does not get much easier than that. From here you are approx a 10 minute walk down to the village. There is one allocated car space in the underground heated car park per condo, with guest parking also available.

Once on your floor there is a ski locker room and ski access to the bottom of Highway 33 just down the corridor. Upon entering the condo you step onto heated slate flooring with a convenient bench and hooks for hanging coats, just to your left. On your right you will find the fully equipped kitchen with granite work tops and breakfast bar. In the kitchen you will find stainless steel appliances that include: a full height fridge and full height freezer with chilled water and ice dispenser, electric oven with electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. Solid wood cabinetry complete the luxury feel of this beautiful kitchen.A stunning wooden floor leads you into the spacious, open plan living area. The dining area has 3 seats sat at the breakfast bar and a small dining table. The lounge room has large comfortable sofas and armchairs arranged around a beautiful stone clad gas fireplace with wooden mantelpiece and solid wood cabinetry with the TV set into the cabinets. There is a drinks fridge located within the wooden cabinetry behind gorgeous ornate iron doors.

Standing at the large picture windows you look out over the Monashee Mountains. Just off to the right of the large picture windows is the door to your small balcony with hot tub.

To the right of the living area you find the Master Bedroom with King Sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has ample storage space with a built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a flatscreen TV. The en-suite comes equipped with a large overhead shower.To the left of the living area you find a small hallway that leads to the main bathroom, equipped with bath. Off this hallway you will also find the two other bedrooms. The first of which houses a Queen sized bed with views of the Monashee Mountains. The second, houses a bunk bed with Double bed over a Queen sized bed.

This condo is ideal for families or small groups wanting luxury and space with fantastic access to the mountain and lifts.
