Vacation Home Rental Description:
A forested lot in a quiet, secluded, low traffic neighborhood, but just one mile to casinos and South Lake Tahoe shopping, just a few blocks to restaurants, and a few minutes drive to Heavenly Valley entrances in both California and Nevada. The house is newly remodeled, 1,300 square feet, with a single living/dining/kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a laundry/mud room.The main room has a thermostat controlled gas fire place, flat screen TV, DVD player, Dish Satellite service with DVR, WIFI, and a sound system that includes an ipod saddle and cd player. Dining seating for up to 12 at two tables. The all new kitchen has an island bar and all granite counters, and new appliances.Master bedroom has king bed with thermopedic mattress, HD TV, and a bath with heated tile floor. A second bedroom has a queen bed, and a third bedroom has twin beds. A laundry/mud room has a heated tile floor for drying boots, shoes, etc., and a dog door to a fenced yard.VHRP No. 12-679

The location was great and in walking distance to many stores and the casinos. On top of that the mangement company was very friendly and helpful with any issues that came up. Overall, we had a great stay at this cabin and would love to come back next time we are in Tahoe :] |

TV Julie P. from Mission Viejo, California recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in August, 2012 We had issues with the TV. It is really weird, but first we couldn't figure out how it worked, then the nice gentleman that managed the property came by to show us. But the TV would shut down after 2 hours, as if it were a computer sitting idol, even though a program was being watched. And the TV in the bedroom, the guide and channel changer only worked when the living room TV was not on. So we had to turn that one off to change the bedroom channels, to then turn on the one in the living room. Also, the electricity on one part of the house went out a couple of times. It is believed that it was due to the bathroom fan/heater when turned on used too much electricity and shut down that part of the house. |
