Great upper Kingsbury location that backs to thousands of acres of Toiyabe National Forest. Recently updated, large 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. Perfect for families. Great room has a large flat screen, Blu-ray, Wii, surround sound and game table with blackjack, roulette and craps. Well stocked kitchen, including all new stainless appliances (not pictured). Dining table seats 12. Back deck has recently been expanded (not pictured), a new hot tub and gas BBQ. Master has a king bed, two person Jacuzzi tub and large steam shower. Second bedroom has a Cal King bed, two other bedrooms with a queen and twin bunk beds each. Great view of Heavenly. Excellent skiing, casinos, and beautiful beaches all less than 5 miles away. The Tahoe Rim Trail and Genoa Peak Road are steps away. All outdoor activities are accessible from the front door. If you like hiking, mountain biking, four wheeling, dirt biking, snowshoeing, snowmobiling or cross country skiing then this is the perfect place for you, with all the other amenities of Lake Tahoe near by. Great Place! A guest from San Jose, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2013 The place was great and as advertised. Each room had plenty of towels, blankets, amenities, etc. The Poker table, plus dining table was perfect for our big group. One downside is the receiver for the surround sound does not work, but we managed without it. |

Nice house Chris L. from New York, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2012 The house was great, just as advertised. Hot tub was very nice as were furniture and applicances. Ample space.The only negative was the dish washer was not working and apparently had not been working for a week or two. We were not notified that it was not working and subsequently had to hand wash all dishes, which was kind of annoying.Otherwise we had a great stay, the management company was very responsive and friendly. |

Spent some extra time washing dishes by hand. Cabin was beautiful and hot tub was awesome! |

No Snow No Problem. A guest from Ripon, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2012 Although our early January weekend lacked one of the main things that people go to Tahoe for in the winter time (snow) we were still able to have a great time thanks to the many amenities that this cabin offered. We had four couples and there kids and we never felt crapped at all. We will be going back to this cabin next year. Hopefully with more snow. |

Nice home A guest from san francisco, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in December, 2011 For 2 families with 2kids and 2 couples to stay, it was a perfect room situation. Clean and well furnished. Good layout with kitchen and dining next to it. Well equipped with games and entertainment for kids. Hot tub was nice. Location was ok for Nevada side heavenly. Property management person was adequately professional but far from friendly, helpful or informative which gave us some confusion with pricing, gave us untrustworthy feeling to put the big deposit down. Code number for the house he emailed me was even wrong! Luckily, Code on the contract was right,What if i didnt have the contract printed on my hand! Overall, we were satisfied with the house but not too much with the experience with the property manager:( |
