A guest from Sonoma, California recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2016 The rental had nice finishes and for the price, it was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Plenty of room and really comfortable. Overall, this was a great rental! Our main and only real issue was the lack of A/C--it got really hot at night (rented in July...) and the house wouldn't cool down. Made for sleepless nights, on all accounts.
A guest from Austin, texas does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2016 This place has such potential to be a great vacation rental. It's in a great location. It's has a modern touch with great decor. However, the maintenance on the place is in much need of some TLC. Numerous light bulbs were out. There were cobwebs on light fixtures. The dishes in the kitchen cabinets were dirty. We had to re-wash every dish we used. The cabinets and drawers were also filled with food debris. Pillows on beds need to be replaced as most are VERY worn out. Towels are old and need to be replaced as well. One of the biggest concerns, which is most likely the layout of the place, is temperature control. You either burn up or freeze. The loft is VERY hot, as well as the basement (garage level) and one of the main bedrooms on the backside of the house. Since there was no welcome packet that explains the "how to's", it would help be helpful if renters had a manual of some sort to help with the understanding of how to work things like the elevator and thermostat. Like I said, the house would be fantastic if only it were maintained properly.
A guest from Leesburg, VA recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in February, 2016 This house oozes luxury everywhere except the bed. It would be 5 stars if we weren't so disappointed with the ill-fitted sheets, lumpy pillows, lack of blankets and the torn comforter. The garage has one of the best gear/boot set-ups we've seen, the kitchen is top notch, the view is outstanding and the living area is cozy and comfortable. It was only those darn beds (and about 10 burned out light bulbs) that made it less than stellar.
Charles R. from Maesteg, Bridgend recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in February, 2016 An excellent property set in an ideal location for our skiing holiday. The property was very well appointed and comfortable for our party of six. The hot tub was very popular. One thing that would have been helpful would be a welcome booklet, showing how to operate the kitchen appliances, heating, TV etc.
Debra J. from Columbia, Pennsylvania recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2015 This house is awesome. It is at a great location. You have easy access to ski slope. It has lots of room, and is decorated so nice. Very clean. Customer service of managing company is great. I would recommend this house to anyone.
A guest from Indialantic, Florida recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in February, 2015 Great home for our extended family of ten! The home is beautiful and well equipped. The ski-in, ski-out location works so nice for a big family. The drive to town is about 15-20 minutes.
A guest from Baton Rouge, LA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2014 Excellent property, couldn't ask for more. Management company was professional but could have been more willing to help with some of the other travel details.
A guest from New York, New York recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2014 The accommodation was generous in space, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We were a family of 6 people and used the fully equipped kitchen for dinner every night. The ski in/ski out location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.
A guest from Victoria, TEXAS recommends this property. Stayed for 10 days in January, 2014 We had a marvelous vacation - even wo a lot of snow. Enjoyed cooking in kitchen and relaxing in front of fire, soaking in hot tub and ease of proximity to Stage Coach lift. Can't wait to schedule another stay.
Nice location but not well stocked and no instructions for house
A guest from Morgan Hill, California does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in December, 2013 THe property manager was not nice or professional. We paid $1300 per night and there was not enough paper towels, dishwashing soap nor was there plastic wrap...not well stocked for the price. The location is good, though. Also, there are no instructions on how to use anything in the house.
Property Manager Response: Response from World Class Property Management Inc. Per the contract you sign it states that we supply a start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We do not stock the houses with other items such as plastic wrap. We did however bring you plastic bags and foil upon your request when you called us. ?:)
A guest from Daly City, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2013 This is a gorgeous property with all of the amenities that you could ask for. Wonderfully maintained and ready to go as soon as you arrive. Spacious and beautifully designed.Perfect for winter season. Great for groups. Would love to come back for ski weekends.located right by stagecoach lift. Special thanks to our agent Heidi!!
Property Manager Response: Response from World Class Property Management Inc. Glad you enjoyed your vacation! We look forward to you renting from us again.
A guest from Sacramento, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2013 This was a beautiful property. The elevator makes the three stories easy to access. Unfortunately, we did have a couple of complaints. First, the garbage disposal didn't work. Second, the air conditioner would not cool the property. We were there on a warm weekend but the house never cooled under 75 degrees at night and reached over 80 degrees during the day - which was very uncomfortable with a large group of people. My elderly father was only comfortable with a fan pointed at him at all times. While we could live without the disposal, the lack of air conditioning really put a damper on our stay. We would not recommend this property during the summer months.
Property Manager Response: Response from World Class Property Management Inc. This house does not have A/C and is not advertised with it.
Beautiful modern & upscale condo right on the slopes!
Lucy D. from Garland, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2013 The modern condo is very up-to-date with flat screen tvs and stainless steel appliances. The place is basically 4-stories so it fit our group of 14 perfectly. There's also an elevator which made carrying luggage and groceries very convenient. There's a big open living room to hang out in and a hot tub on the balcony. We felt like we lived in luxury with this condo. It was great being able to step directly outside and strap-into our boards to ride down to the lift. The only downside is that Stagecoach location is at the very west of Heavenly resort, so you'd have to ride traverse/catwalks over to the california side trails. Other than that, it was a great place for a big group and I would highly recommend it. =)
Jack F. from San Jose, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2011 The whole team from work was impressed with the amazing place I found! Everyone had a great time on and off the slopes, and the house was a huge part of that. Thanks so much!Jack
