Vacation Condo Rental Description:
This Lake Tahoe vacation rental in Lake Village is nestled among towering scented pines in Nevada one mile (1.6 km) from the California border. It is a three-story, fully equipped private residence. Total floor area is about 1,700 square feet (~170 square meters). There is a LAKEVIEW from each level through the tower pines to the west. It has a 300 gallon, 4-person, top-of-the-line "Hot Spring" HOT TUB on the private outdoor deck on the lowest level. There is a lakeview from the hot tub as well. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper, two roll-a-way beds and a half bath off the living room. A gorgeous gas fireplace, lots of glass, tiled counters and a good view. Parking is sixty feet from the door with one step up to the front entrance.#05-266

Stayed for 2 days in April, 2012 Near Heavenly, full refund back in less than two weeks, property manager easily accessible, gas fireplace, outdoor hot tub was amazing, kitchen was clean, soaps and towels provided, but certain items like couch and bathroom were a little outdated. condo was not attached to neighbors for more privacy and lower noise levels |

Nice cabin A guest from Claremont, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in March, 2012 Everything was pretty good. The cabin is large and comfortable and the hot tub is awesome. There was not a great view of the lake (trees in the way) and the first day there were not enough towels, but the next morning they brought plenty more. They answered the phone any time I called, even late at night. Very close to Heavenly Ski Resort. Overall a very good stay, and very worth the price. |

Great location, neighborhood, hot tub, full kitchen, Jose B. from Hialeah, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 9 days in January, 2012 Excellent location since it is less than a mile from the lift and the casinos. Neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. The hot tub is nice with a peek of the lake from the balcony. Fully stocked kitchen with just enough pots, pans, and eating utensils. Fireplace was excellent. The customer service with Jeren is top notch. Tv, appliances, beds, and couches were older, but they all worked well. Hot water runs out quickly, so don't wash dishes and take a shower after! Mattress topper would be recommended. Overall I would stay again. Reasonable price for a non-luxurious, cozy, and central unit. |

Stayed for 4 days in December, 2010 The property is in a convenient location (not far from the casinos and Heavenly lifts). The hot tub on the roof is a great spot to relax after skiing all day. But the amenities (bathrooms, showers, kitchen, etc.) are outdated and need remodeling. |
