private & quiet~plan to return without shopping for another place A guest from Vacaville, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in November, 2014 This was our 1st stay here. We loved it. It is an owner occupied area so it was respectfully quiet. No view of lake but all windows/glass sliders were set up with views of beautiful pines w/good space between buildings feeling very spacious & private, especially for a condo complex. Pictures on web site very accurate. Liked gas fireplace~not having to bother w/hauling or purchasing wood ( no outdoor smoke, keeping things "green"). We did not use private jacuzzi. Location was on east side (in Nevada) of casinos so you didn't have to truck through the traffic to get to busy area (Big plus), & the complex was immediately off the main road of the casinos & less than 1 mile away. Some of the carpet in the downstairs bath was aged & soiled & the adhesive tiles in the tub area were a bit loose & outdated but the grout at both tubs were clean (not gunky or filled w/discolored mold). KITCHEN: had good supplies for cooking or baking, including an air popcorn popper, that we forgot to pack. We 1st washed the drinking glasses w/hot water & bleach due to lipstick on rims. Very clean newer appliances. BEDROOMS: upstairs M.bed was very firm. The down stairs bed was very soft. Didn't use the 2 twin beds upstairs. All 3 bedrooms had TVs. Downstairs TV was updated to a much bigger one than picture on line. There was no bar-b-q on site, but community grill was provided. You just have to drive over there. We also really enjoyed the in house pool table, a big plus for us. They honored our request of an 11am check out vs their normal 10am check out. Our only negative was the large cleaning deposit of $160. I have rental properties, so I know what clean really is.....or isn't. We left it so clean, they made money on us there. We pulled the sheets off, washed our own towels, as requested, swept the floors, put our cleaned dishes away. Overall, nice clean facility. Will return.
Great place to stay Peter M. from Gilroy, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in April, 2012 Perfect vacation condo. Very close to the lift system and 'downtown'.A little worn down, but that is the same for all rental places in Tahoe. The owner was nearby and stopped by for fixing an internet problem. Very nice gentleman. We will come back.
Not Worth Spending $250 a night A guest from Watsonville, CA does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 3 days in February, 2011 To begin with when we arrived there were people in the condo, our code was given out without verification of the person calling. We had to wait an 90 minutes to get in. The beds were old, uncomfortable and squeaky, the bath towels were hard dont think they use any softner when washed. For $250 a night you're better off at Harrah's or Harvey's.
Nice location, average quality A guest from Bumpass, VA recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in September, 2010 Generally a decent place. the location was great being only 5 minutes from the casino area. The condo and furnishings were a bit more "worn" than the pictures implied.
Not bad, but not great.... BRIAN A. from STOCKTON, CA recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in September, 2010 PROS: Just a few minutes away from Casinos ($9 Cab Ride) and Property Manager (Jerm) was helpful/available 100% of the time. CONS: Parking was a little far from entrance, furniture/blankets were old and wasn't sure how clean it really was, property looks bigger in photos, and security deposit was way too high for the type of cabin/property we were in.
