Vacation Condo Rental Description:
This private Lake Tahoe vacation rental in Lake Village is nestled among towering scented pines in Nevada one mile (1.6 km) from the California border. It is a two-story, fully equipped private residence surrounded by trees, in a serene and quiet setting. Total floor area is about 1,800 square feet (~180 square meters). It has a 300-gallon, 4-person, top-of-the-line "Hot Spring" HOT TUB on a private outdoor deck (white hot tub visible on the lower deck). There is a 4' X 8' POOL TABLE. The lower-floor master bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor, the master bedroom has a queen bed and a small deck above the hot tub. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper in front of the romantic gas fireplace. Rough-sawn wood beams, floor-to-ceiling glass flanking the fireplace, "Southwest" decor, and a cathedral ceiling provide lots of Tahoe charm. Parking is near the opposite corner of the building with 10 steps down a walkway and 20 up to the covered front entrance. This condo connects to #57 Burke via the exterior sundeck.#05-264

Great place to stay Peter M. from Gilroy, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in April, 2012 Perfect vacation condo. Very close to the lift system and 'downtown'.A little worn down, but that is the same for all rental places in Tahoe.The owner was nearby and stopped by for fixing an internet problem. Very nice gentleman.We will come back. |

Not Worth Spending $250 a night A guest from Watsonville, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2011 To begin with when we arrived there were people in the condo, our code was given out without verification of the person calling. We had to wait an 90 minutes to get in. The beds were old, uncomfortable and squeaky, the bath towels were hard dont think they use any softner when washed. For $250 a night you're better off at Harrah's or Harvey's. |

Stayed for 2 days in September, 2010 PROS: Just a few minutes away from Casinos ($9 Cab Ride) and Property Manager (Jerm) was helpful/available 100% of the time. CONS: Parking was a little far from entrance, furniture/blankets were old and wasn't sure how clean it really was, property looks bigger in photos, and security deposit was way too high for the type of cabin/property we were in. |
