Great Location, not so great everything else A guest from San Francisco, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2013 Location-wise it was very close to the stateline (~$8 cab ride to Harrahs). Other than that, the place needs remodeling. Appliances and linens seem old/dirty and the carpet is in horrible condition. Property Manager Response: Response from World Class Property Management Inc. This house is in the process of being remolded. Pictures will be updated when finished. |

Snow Was a Problem A guest from Jeffersonville, PA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in November, 2012 We had a problem, that the snow was not removed from the porch and steps. One of the guys staying finally cleared the snow, after waiting for someone to come out. When they did come out, they had to be told to salt the steps. Otherwise, everything was fine |

Even though 2 nights' not enough, still we had a BLAST!! It is just close to the strip, close to grocery stores ( like safeway, raleys) and the beaches are just 5 minutes drive. We would love to go back there and stay in this house again! |

We couldn't get the ceiling fan to work and the two hairdryers in the bathrooms did not work. We didn't spend that much time in the unit, as we were down the road most of the day. Didnt really need to bring much. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom were nice. Had a great time since it was so close to the casinos and the grocery stores. Review of Pine Street Rental Mary G. from Millbrae, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 9 days in August, 2011 Jeren, the manager was great at his job. But the house was loaded with HUGE spider webs from day one. the BBQ did not work for us. The Hot tub was nice and hot first day but low on water. The mechanic filled it with water however it never returned to the hot temperature, as a result, we did not use it. Very disappointed in that. Location wise, house gets traffic noise on road. And the house is in need of upgrading all over. But we were mostly happy just getting away. The house has potential but we won't be coming back. |

Easy for anyone to walk/drive/get a taxi/etc. Everyone we were with had fun! Hottub on the deck was amazing. Pool table and big screen tv. House needs updating Mary G. from Millbrae, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 9 days in August, 2010 Wonderful location, original lay out nice, but needs painting, more standard items in it (salt & Pepper, Dishwashing soap, etc.)Toilet runs randomely- noisy at night, front porch is creeky and needs painting. No lounge chairs to recline. Backyard needs cleaning up to enjoy the outside world when we stay. Closet doors broken, etc. Remote to tv doesn't work- have to use buttons manually. We had to buy lightbubs that worked because lamps were all burnt out. Front yard a mess.People had thrown empty drink cups and straws etc. in yard. Jeren, our manager was nice. When we walked in to dirty cabin- hadn't been cleaned since last renter- he apologized and got clean up crew there right away. There was moths, spiders and lots of webs. One tv did't work so he switched it. It would have been nice to have a small tv in bedrooms so we could watch a movie and just go to sleep. |
