LA FLOTTE: Nice small apartment house, 2 storeys, terraced. In the resort 200 m from the centre of bourg, in a busy position, 50 m from the sea. Public parking 100 m on the road. Shop, grocers 200 m, restaurant 20 m, bakers 200 m, sandy beach"L'arnerault" 500 m. Sports harbour 150 m, golf course 31 km, childrens play area 100 m.

1-room apartment 25 m2 on 1st floor, simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room 12 m2 with 1 sofa bed, dining table, TV and DVD. Kitchenette (2 hotplates, mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, electric coffee machine). Bath-room, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 open room 9 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm). Very nice view of the sea. Facilities: iron.
