Log cottage 2005, kitchen, living room alternatively 2 extra beds, bedroom 2 bunks, bedroom double bed, dressing room, washroom, sauna (elec.stove), open porch. A cozy cottage with a large sun-drenched grassy plot. From the cottage to the beach is a gently sloping hillside, on the way there is a staircase. The cottage beach faces west. The lake has clear water and diverse fish point of view. Tainio current 15 km (Finland's southernmost salmon river). Satellite TV.

Vehmasrinteet ski slopes 15 km, Purnu ski slopes 28 km, Himos ski resort 1 h drive. Canoe, skiing equipment and snow shoes upon request. Owner has a programme services business, several alternative programmes available, and gear for rent. Lappish hut in walking distance (access with a car possible), nature trails.

Rent includes, in winter, cross-country skis (3 pairs), snowshoes (2 pairs), sledges and slides. With Christmas bookings a Christmas tree is provided. In summer, cottage rent includes Indian style canoe (including route map to camping place on Huhmarsaari island). If required, basic canoeing instruction can also be given at 5 €/person.

Owner has programme enterprise offering several different programme options, as well as equipment for hire, e.g. outboard motors and snowmobiles (there is also a snowmobile park for children in the area). Owner also supplies fishing permits. Internet connection (Mokkula) can be rented for customer’s own laptop at 5 €/day, longer periods by agreement. Purnu skiing centre 28 km, Himos Ski Resort approx. one hour away by road.

Willa Taiga’s tepee, available all year round, is within walking distance (can also be accessed by road). Located at a panoramic viewpoint, the tepee also features fish baking equipment and a WC. Close to nature trail. Transportation for excursions to Villa Taiga is available by arrangement for a maximum of 16 persons per time. Close by there is also a second year-round tepee and outdoor recreation location at Huhmarsaari. A smoke sauna can be rented there (€100/evening).

Owner’s farm features yaks. These can be visited by arrangement with owner. Russian language services are also available!
