Separate lakeshore sauna (15 m2) for summer use only, stone-built 2008, swimming shore 20 m, sauna (wood-burning stove), dressing room and shower in roofed shelter outdoors, electric light.

Car port for 2 cars. Storeroom (used by owner). Summer kitchen (wood-burning stove with grilling and cooking top). Two-storey modern chalet in lovely scenery in Natura nature reserve area. Peaceful location, services close-by. Lake water comes from a spring and the water is exceptionally clear and pure; the sand is very pale! In yard area lawn, Scots pine trees, natural sand, pathways with slabs. No jetty. Chalet and area are security alarmed. Good yard lighting.

Fishing rights include 3 fish net permits and 3 casting (reel and lure) permits. The lake is well stocked with fish, e.g. vendace, whitefish, brown trout, perch. The lake has a motorboat ban - i.e. only electric/battery-powered boats are allowed (an electric motor is included in rent).

Check in/out Friday during ‘A’ period! Minimum rental period one week. NOTE! Obligatory key deposit € 200.
