Owner rents out fishing tackle/gear, rowing and motor boats and also sells fishing permits. Close to good fishing waters. Owner has a taxi boat which can be hired for trips to e.g. Gullkrona.

There are shared roofed grill, washing room, children's play park and a mini golf course in the area. There is also owner's archipelago chapel (for 40 persons) which can be booked for e.g. weddings or memorial services.
