The house was restored by maintaining its original character – this means walls made of stone, beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and furnishings in Tuscan style. Guests are kindly requested to leave the house in the same conditions that they found it on arrival.
The last part of the road about 800 m (which is only conducting to the property) is not asphalted. The whole property is about 10’000 sqm with lots of olive trees. The outdoor area is equipped with a table, chairs, deck-chairs and barbeque. Parking within the grounds. The house can be rented during the whole year, also on a daily base. It is important to know that the house has no heating but the owner puts wood for free at the guests’ disposal. There is ski-area in the surroundings of Vignoli, can be reached within 40 minutes by car. The holiday home can also be rented at Christmas for New Year’s eve – middle season price.
