Rustic, historical farmhouse "La Dernier", 3 storeys, built in 1682, surrounded by meadows and fields. 3 km from the centre of La Côte-aux-Fées, outside the resort, in a secluded, quiet position, 50 m from the woods edge. For shared use: grounds, garden, parking by the house. Grocers 3 km, restaurant 3 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, skisport facilities 10 km, toboggan-run 10 km, cross-country ski trail 50 m. Please note: car essential. The owner lives in the same residence. Animals in the neighbourhood.

4-room apartment 85 m2, spacious, partly renovated, simple and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with swedish stove, dining table, digital TV, stereo unit and DVD.
