Apartment has 2 bedroom, 1 with 3 bed, and 2 bed can easily be joined together to make 1 marriage bed if need, 1 smaller bed with 2 separate bed. Big day room looking to south, to 90 m away sea and harbor for huge passengers ships, with big thick double glass windows, nice view.
Entrance to 10 m2 balcony is from day room. TV, connection for internet flat rate. 5 people can sleep in rooms but in day room big sofa can be opened and spread as additional bed to accommodate 6th person.
Apartment is air conditioned.
Further big kitchen with all utensils for preparing food and used also as dining room with big table and enough chairs.
WC and cabin shower, with laundry washing machine inside.
Distance from sea 90 meters.
Distance from old city about 1 km, local bus station is 20 meter from apartment, buses are very frequent.
Dubrovnik is not only old city. its beautiful historic place with great past history, used to be biggest merchant sailing ships force in the world, hence wealth and nice palaces, churches were built, its continental trade goes to middle east countries of that time, It build 3 km wall to protect city from invaders, and today all is in great unique shape visited by more then million people annually. Its full of museums, showing great naval history and lot more, First pharmacy in the world was established in Dubrovnik and one part is still in use, Dubrovnik established also first in the world quarantine for sailors coming and all visitors. 40 days it stayed in quarters for that time luxury and very comfortable. Hence now days is worldwide used word "quarantine".
Dubrovnik Republic was first independent state in the world which recognized United State of America independent.
Its nice indeed but besides this great museums , from the past, aquarium etc, prices are also nice for its full with restaurants, and coffee bars, prices several times more then in other areas. Accommodation there, apartment is more than double my price for 1 40m2 place. If someone take apartment, maybe want to prepare food by himself, and there is just 1 small food shop, so anyway mast come for supplies here, what is actual center of the city, otherwise better stay in hotel.
Bus transportation is excellent and it take 5-10 minutes to reach old town from here and save a lot.
1 hour parking there in public garage 200 yards above old city cost nearly 4 dollars, 24 hours a day multiply by 4$!!!.

In old city cars are not allowed, except emergency only services as first aid, police etc. and around is almost impossible to find parking place anyway.
Here around 200 meters from apartment many useful facilities such as, big shopping mall, many shops, restaurants, coffee bars, ambulance with doctor and 2 pharmacy, green fresh market and fresh fish market, banks, post office, numerous agencies for daily excursion to Medjugorje 100km away,local islands and Dubrovnik countryside. Yacht marina with nice place to walk alongside moored yachts, intercity bus station with arriving and departing place for Dubrovnik airport, bus 2okm away for plane passengers.
