Atlantic Bliss is a multi-storey home with many additional levels consisting of lovely decks and porches. Thoroughly modern in architecture and décor, it is light and airy in some areas, cool and shaded in others -- the perfect combination for Florida's balmy weather! Just feet to the beach, it's located in a laid-back, friendly neighborhood where the kids can ride their bikes. If it sounds like paradise, just wait until you see it for yourself!
Atlantic Bliss gets its name from the panoramic views of the ocean. It's peaceful and awe-inspiring.
Inside, the house is nicely laid out for multiple families traveling together. The first floor has a large bonus room with a queen sleeper couch, tv and bathroom plus the entry hall, garage, and laundry room. You can access the pool from this level, and it's a great super-quiet place to sleep.
The second storey contains our huge, well-equipped gourmet kitchen, the living area with brand new HDTV, a bathroom, and the den. You will find everything sleek and streamlined here, with sliding glass doors everywhere leading to decks, plenty of windows, tile floors and handsome paneled ceilings. Modern Florida architecture at its very best!
The third storey contains our bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, tv set, luxury master bathroom room and sweeping ocean views from the 3rd floor balcony. The 2nd guest bedroom features a double bed and a single bed, and the 3rd guest bedroom features another king sized bed. There is a full bathroom shared by bedroom 2 & 3.
As exciting as the outdoors is, you'll find plenty to do inside Atlantic Bliss, too. We have TVs scattered throughout the house, with a VCR and DVD as well. Our living area contains ultra-comfortable couches and chairs, a decorative fireplace, lovely views, and a sense of peace and serenity that might encourage you to spend a family night in, watching movies and sharing a bowl of popcorn.
With an island, plenty of space, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you could wish for, the kitchen at Atlantic Bliss is so well-appointed that you might actually be tempted to cook a big meal for the gang. --No? Well, that's all right; there are splendid restaurants in the area, and you can use the microwave, coffeemaker, blender, dishwasher, and other time-savers to get in and out of the kitchen more quickly!

Could have been a disaster A guest from Charleston, WV recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in May, 2013 Started out badly as the pool was dirty when we arrived and didn't get cleaned till late the next day and there was no poolside furniture even though I had asked about the furniture when booking due to the picture and previous reviews and had been told there was NOW poolside furniture. Spent most of 1st & 2nd day arguing with the rental company about who's responsibility it was to supply poolside furniture and trying to get the pool cleaned so we could use it. They finally called back with a number for a company who rented furniture and stated they would reimburse $100 toward what ended up costing $119...but I haven't seen that reimbursement on my credit card yet. Pool area needs landscaped as it looks like it was put in the day before with even bits of installation scrap still evident and no pool furniture at all. Kitchen needs more pots, pans and silverware and a wine opener that works. Was not as well equipped as the other houses we have rented. The ping pong table and garage were added benefits...could pull the bikes and kayaks inside for safe keeping. The downstairs bedroom being in what felt like a basement though above ground would not have been a nice place to stay but we didn't use it. You could not hear the living room TV very well as acoustics in the room deplorable. 2nd sitting room TV did not work at all. The home needs someone to carefully go through it thinking what a family needs and supplying those things in working condition. After all the initial problems the house worked out fine as close to the beach and had a pool but will not deal with this rental company again. |

Good, not great A guest from Jacksonville, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2013 Property was clean and has a nice view of the ocean. I don't think they could have built the pool any smaller. It's tiny! Also, for a $250 cleaning fee they make you do a lot of work before checkout. I don't know about you but if I'm paying that much for a cleaning fee I shouldn't have to do most of the work for the crew (i.e. stripping the beds). Other than that the stay was good. The house is huge and is in a great location. Stayed for 7 days in September, 2012 We were not sure the pool would be complete in time for our visit but someone put the rush on and it was filled and ready. This house was perfect for our large family and was well equiped with dishes, towels and extra linens to accomodate us all. We enjoyed all the decks and especially the unobstructed ocean views. Quick beach access right down the street and stores and shopping close by. We loved this house and would not only recomend it to others but would rent it again ourselves. A few things they could add would be a gas grill and some poolside furniture!
