We had booked later and we're fortunate to be on the same floor and only a few doors away from my sister-in-law and brother-in-law, they stay there every year for a month. The condo was very comfortable and met our needs.One thing we noticed, the outside screen door was loose and was very noisy to close. |

Nice unit with a couple of concerns. A guest from Ladysmith, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 9 days in January, 2013 This is a very nice unit, but note there was no AC in bedroom. Window unit AC in living room can only be set to 4 hours max, so would not book this unit in hottest months of year. Did not think guests should have to remove garbages and recyling, start laundry load of towels, and dishwasher and sweep the floors before final departure as instructed in check out procedures. Also note no housekeeping mid point, and guest pays a $100 cleaning fee. |

Felt right at home A guest from Encinitas, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in November, 2012 Kihei Akahi C-412 is a rental unit you don't want to pass up. The condo makes you feel right at home. Upgraded kitchen and island makes cooking your meals that much better. The bed and couch are very comfortable, shower is amazing, and everything throughout the unit is top notch. The Lanai is wonderful with views of the Ocean. The location is prime. You are literally steps away from one of the best happy hours in town, and other great restaurants. The beaches? just walk across the road and you're there, they are perfect! Listen to IZ (they have his CD stocked) in the background while you relax on the Lanai, and you MUST DEFINITELY use the Road To Hana CD they provide you for free in the condo for your trip to Hana. It was an awesome experience. I stayed at other condos, and this one is hands down the best. Loved it. I'll stay again here next time, won't bother looking elsewhere. Thank you Owners for making my trip awesome and relaxing, your condo made the difference. And Thank you Maui Condo and Car for making the booking easy and for providing quick responses to any questions about the condo during my stay...great customer service! |

The accommodation was very nice, we were on the fourth floor, and had a lovely view from the lanai. The only suggestion I have for any accommodation in sunny locations, is to have a retractable clothes-line in the shower to hang wet bathingsuits, but other than that, there was nothing we needed that was not available in this unit. Perfect! |

The condo was beautiful and clean with every single amenity. You guys weren't kidding about the location either. WOW! Just amazing. Our morning and evening walks on the beach were our favorite activity, usually followed by an easy walk to browse the shops or have a bite to eat. On past trips to Maui, we've stayed in Kaanapali, Paia and Wailea and each has its own special charm and beauty. But we had a more enjoyable and more relaxing island experience staying in Kihei this time. We're already looking at next year's calender so we'll definitely keep you posted. Thanks so much! |
