This condo has an open livingroom and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and the second bedroom has a full sleeper sofa. There a two full baths one in each bedroom. Pets are not permitted in this unit and smoking is allowed outside only.Oh, did I mention the sunrises are amazing! Nestled in the golden dunes of Mustang Island, Beachhead condos all have awesome gulf views. he complex amenities include a pool, lounge facility for up to 60 people with a full kitchen, great for parties, weddings, family reunions, basketball and volleyball court, playground, private boardwalk to the beach just steps from any of the units. Our room was nice. The TV was VERY small, but the mattress was very comfortable. There is only a futon in the second bedroom, which does not look very comfortable and is very worn. Thank goodness we did not need to use this room.

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. The boardwalk was a lovely way to get there. We took advantage of amenities, such as the pool and playground and picnic areas. Unfortunately our unit had a very loud leaky tub, and the freezer had a leak as well. The freezer was fixed within a few days.
