Unit Description:
This first floor apartment sleeps up to 8 people; on request and under an extra charge, up to 3 guests can be lodged in extra beds.


It is about 100 sqm with a 50 sqm terrace. There are three entrances, 2 from the garden into the living room and one from the garden into the terrace and from there into the kitchen. The apartment is well equipped for cooking. There is a gas cooker and oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, Italian and German coffee machines and toaster. There is also a washing machine.
You can access the large living-room from the kitchen where there is a fire place, a dining area for eight people and a smaller lounge area furnished with chairs a wicker-work sofa. There is a double sofa bed that can alternatively become 2 singles if required. There is satellite television. From the living room we access to a corridor leading to bedrooms. The first (on the left) is a single room with large wardrobe, than a bedroom with double bed, further on a double bed plus single bed and in-suite bathroom with shower. At the end of the corridor there is a large bathroom with shower. Along the corridor a double sofa-bed can alternatively become two singles bed if required. A cot is available on request.

The apartment?s furniture are all in Swedish pine. The terrace has a large table that seats 12 people, and there are four sun beds. In the garden is an external shower.

Overall Property Description:
The villa is at Marina di Castagneto Carducci (LI) in a secular pine forest with about 1200 sq.m. of a private fenced garden and is about 200 meters from the sea. It has two floors and the apartments are all well furnished; on the first floor there is apartment Azalea which is 100 sq.m. + a 50 sq.m. terrace, on the ground floor are situated apartments Buganvillea and Camelia, both are 50 sq.m. and can be intercommunicating upon request. The house is built on a dune and therefore each apartment has it's own separate garden.
One Barbecue for each of the 3 apartments, and plenty of parking space.
The sea is only 200 m away.

Swimming is possible in all seasons at the thermal swimming pool in Venturina, (25 km), water temperature 37 degrees.

Minning park at Campiglia Marittima(35 Km).
Archeological park at Baratti and Populonia.
Rocca di San Silvestro.
Rimigliano park.
Macchia della Magona.

You can visit the famouse cities of art which are close enough for half day excursions.
Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Massa Marittima, Perugia, Assisi.
Elba, 45 km distant is easily reached by car (and ferry from Piombino).
Thanks to a network of well maintained country roads there are many possibilities for cycling and mountain biking.
The area offers superb beaches for sunbathing and clear, clean sea for swimming, sailing, windsurfing and scuba diving. There are scuba diving schools at Baratti and San Vincenzo.
Try the l'Avio Club Enore Belcari for flying over the rolling tuscan hills.
There are several stables in the area that offer guided excursions on horseback.

Refundable security deposit of euro 200 per each apt.
