BEDROOMS:
Enjoy spectacular panoramic views from the expansive master bedroom which takes up the entire second story and includes a king sized bed and full bath plus extra vanity sink area. At night, enjoy Sea World's fireworks and in the morning wake up to picture perfect ocean and bay views. The second bedroom has a very comfortable full size futon bed with down bedding as well as an office set up with Wi-Fi,fax, copier & other office accessories. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a large window looking out to the pool and waterfalls. It also has plenty of room for play and contains games for both children & adults. A queen size air bed and bedding for additional sleeping arrangements in the third bedroom is also provided. The fourth bedroom has a full size bed with plush down comforter and a large window looking out into the yard.
AMENITIES:
This is a new rental unit with new bedding, towels and dishes. Each bedroom has a TV available and the family room has a 50'' flat screen. All of the comforts of home are included; hair dryer, coffee maker, spices, etc. Fully stocked kitchen with everything a chef would need to create a delicious meal. The family room has two large sectionals that seat a total of 16 people and has a fireplace, views, and a 50" flat screen TV. Outside you can enjoy the large gas BBQ, plenty of seating for all of your guests, and an outdoor hot water shower for showering off before and after your swim.
The house is centrally located and accessible, yet is nestled in a very exclusive, quiet, and private neighborhood. All major attractions are within 15 minutes. Watch the Sea World fireworks every night during the Summer. New Years Eve is absolutely incredible with multiple firework displays going off all over the city. What a truly unique and outstanding vacation home!
