Comfortably furnished and fully equipped, the Guesthouse features:
* 2-3 Bedrooms (all upstairs), 2.5 Baths
* Sleeps up to 4-6 people, in 4 beds:
- Queen-size bed (w/ en-suite bath, two vanities/sinks) in Master Suite; this bathroom has a combo shower/tub
- Queen-size bed in 2nd bedroom (bathroom is right next door; this bathroom has a shower; both 2nd bedroom & 2nd bath are at opposite end of hall from Master)
- 2 Twin-size beds in 3rd bedroom
* There are the two bathrooms upstairs, plus a powder room (1/2 bath) downstairs
* TV, phone, and clock radio in each bedroom
* Completely furnished and equipped with dishes, all kitchen gear & accessories, linens, paper products, spices, coffee/tea, and more!
* In Living Room: New 40” flat screen HDTV and HD/digital cable, plus Blu-ray/DVD player and DVD library
* Includes reasonable use of utilities, plus high-speed wireless internet access, and unlimited local and long-distance calls to the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico
* Steps to the Blacklake Golf Course; discounts available at Blacklake, Avila Beach, and Monarch Dunes golf courses; short drive to Cypress Ridge and other championship courses
