Giardino del Belvedere
The villa was built more than 300 years ago, in 1997 was fully restructure with the use of hand-made special material following the bio-architecture rudiment .
The villa is in the middle of a 32 acres (13 hectares) of private property kept as a natural botanic garden (Giardino del Belvedere) with olive trees, meadows and groves of secular oaks trees.
Lovingly restored by the owners, using only natural materials, the original character of the house has been carefully preserved.
Extensive natural garden stretch out towards the mountains on the horizon, with inviting pathways witch meander through meadows of wild flowers.
The house itself reflects the total peace and tranquility of its surroundings.
The rooms are spacious, furnished with antiques, yet offering every modern convenience.
Giardino del Belvedere is a house for all season.
The old stone walls keep it cool in the summer sun, while great open fireplaces offer warmth and comfort during coolers months.
Spend the days relaxing by the pool or dozing quietly under
the spreading oaks.
Our private villa hosts a single group of guests at a time.
Being the only residents, the quality and privacy of their stay is guaranteed.
The villa as a whole hosts 14+2 persons in 7 rooms with 6 bathrooms. The villa can also host smaller groups while maintaining the same exclusive privacy and quality of their stay.
Groups of four are usually accomodated in Part B of the Villa, groups of 5-10 in part A of the Villa. Groups of more than 10 occupy the Entire Villa.
When only part A or B are occupied, the remaining part of the Villa stays available for occasional use by the owners only on weekends.

Fees Due at Check in:
Giardino del Belvedere rents by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.
By request the Villa can be booked for fewer days in the winter season. NOTE: during peak season (01 July to 02 Sept) only the full villa will be rented.

ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE:
reservations are from Saturday to Saturday and are for a minimum of 7 nights ( other than by arrangements)
the villa is available for occupation from 4 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure.
Arrivals are accepted after 4 pm anf before 7 pm of the day of arrival.
The owner also requires that guests telephone property owners to advise the estimated time of arrival.
