Casa Ananda is a rental house, a beautiful cortijo, situated at the foot of the Alpujarra Mountains in Lanjaron, between Granada and the Spanish coast. Nearby are the lovely beaches of Salobrena and Almunecar.

Our house is nestled on a large garden and is divided into two independent homes. The upper apartment is a very spacious guest house with two bedrooms, one very large living room, equipped kitchenette, and a full powered shower. Not to mention wifi internet. Other facilities include a TV, DVD player and a good collection of films.

In the garden you will find planted orange, olives, lemon, almonds, fig and palm trees. Flowers intimately placed, to add the right touch of colour. Towering, in the corner of your view, is an old Moorish castle.

Casa Ananada is an evolving project of two fellow travelers, who fell in love, found a home and decided to share their sacred ground with like minded travelers.

Situated just 0.7km out of the village of Lanjaron a 15 minute walk), the house is perched on the hillside, with a breath taking view across the mountains, without being remote. There is plenty of space to spread yourselves out and prepare for exploring the Alpujarras, Sierra Nevada, Granada, Andalucia or the south of Spain.

There are many windows, that open out to allow cool evening breeze and natural light to warm you, while you take in the scents, sounds and sights that simply captivate the spirit. The house is surrounded with both sunny and shaded areas amidst the green foliage.

There is space to practice silence, be creative or go for hikes just a skip away. There are also ongoing yoga classes in the mornings where we kindly request modest noise.
