Overpriced and dated

Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013
Very Overpriced and outdated. The furniture is very pieced together. Beds are placed on frames with no headboard. Blinds are old and rusted. Shower curtains are plastic. You are lucky to get two warm showers back to back. Not what you would expect for 4k a week. Carpet is stained and very dirty.Kitchen is very outdated. The back porch is NOT private. It is shared with space "B" which have full time tenants. Only positive was the location and view. Shop around,there are some "luxury" properties on Mission/Pacific beach for equal or less money.
