1st. apartment composed by: 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds), kitchen/dining area with small electric oven, coffee-maker and moka. Double sofa-bed in the dining area, one bathroom with shower.
Mosquito bars on the windows.
2nd apartment composed by: 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 3 single beds), large kitchen/dining area featuring a double sofa-bed and furnished with a small electric oven, coffee-maker and moka.
Freezer. One bathroom with shower. Mosquito bars on the windows.
Washing machine available free of charge.
Garden area with table, chairs and deck-chairs, sun umbrella.

Overall Property Description:
Located two Km from the town of Loro Ciuffennna in the heart of Tuscany the farm Le Vignacce di Gropina produces Chianti grapes, olive oil and other products typical of this area. The stone colonial farmhouse has been carefully restored and decorated in traditional rural style yet providing all the comforts necessary for guests to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the Tuscan hills, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
The owners do not live on the property so absolute privacy is assured.
During the summer months guests can enjoy the outdoor pool (depth cm. 140, mt. 12 x mt 6) whit solarium and shower unit. In winter the villas has central heating therefore is available all year round.
In the ample gardens surrounding the house there is a barbecue and original pizza oven-wood is provided for guests to enjoy eating "al fresco", with table/chairs for the entire party.

Situated in a natural game reserve the villa is surrounded by nature - the wildlife lives in a free and tranquil environment where one can see them in their natural habitat.
Although "Le Vignacce di Gropina" is in the countryside it is within easy reach of the local town Loro Ciuffenna where apart from the usual shops and services there is also a weekly outdoor market and excellent restaurants. The town is rich in history both in its medieval centre and along the banks of the Ciuffenna river.
One Km from the villa is the famous National Monument the "Pieve di Gropina", the oldest Roman church in Tuscany; underneath the standing building ( 1200) remains of the ancient Roman and Etruscan temples have been found, these interesting archaeological sites may be visited free.
Along the feet of the Pratomagno Mountains (part of the Apenine range) are many characteristic villages, reflecting the antique castles and fortresses which dominated the medieval age.
Thanks to its unique position in the earth of Tuscany "Le Vignacce" is an ideal base for sight seeing - the main A1 autostrada being only a ten minute drive, Florence 45 min., Siena 1 hour, Arezzo 30 min. and Cortona 50 minutes - perfect for day trips fallowed by a relaxing evening in this beautiful country home.
