The living room has a Queen size sleeper sofa, accent chair, loveseat and a breakfast table with additional seating. It also has a working fireplace with gas logs, a flat screen cable TV, and a Blu-ray DVD player. The fully equipped galley kitchen offers a smooth top stove with self-cleaning oven, refrigerator with filtered ice and water, along with a microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The bedroom has a pillow-top king size bed and ceiling fan, plus a large closet and two bureaus. There is a full size washer and dryer and a full size ironing board and iron for your convenience. The fenced and beautifully landscaped courtyard has tables and chairs ideal for enjoying your morning coffee, an evening cocktail or some outdoor time with your favorite pet.
Designated off-street parking for one vehicle is available adjacent to the building and there are no meters or permits needed if you have more than the one vehicle. No smoking is allowed inside our home or in the courtyard as we maintain a smoke-free environment.
Please also note that the property owner lives upstairs, so if you are coming to Savannah to party late into the night, this is not the place for you. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood far enough away from the hustle and bustle of River Street and City Market but all of that is a short, pleasant walk away. Property owners are a well-known artist and a designer, each living in Savannah for over 15 years. They are available to provide advice about local amenities and events or arrive with your plans complete and enjoy your stay. WiFi access available.
½ block in from Price Street with its convenient bike lane. Crawford Square has a lovely gazebo and a great area for dogs. Nearby Colonial Park Cemetery is nice for a stroll and has an adjacent playground. Nearby restaurants include a four star French restaurant one block south and a Jersey style pizza joint two blocks north in a plaza with a sushi restaurant as well as hair salon/ chiropractor/ etc. in Crawford Square Plaza two blocks north. Only a short walk away from River Street, restaurants, art galleries, theaters and bars, as well as Parker’s Gourmet Store and Gas Station which is open 24/7.
