Enter through the elevated front door to a spacious great room with volume ceilings, sofa and loveseat and large flat screen TV and ipod dock. The home lives casually with a kitchen island with stools for fun, easy entertaining. The kitchen cabinets are wood with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom is on the main living level and features a King Bed, walk in closet and a private bath with double sinks, roman tub and walk in shower. There are two guest bedrooms on the main living level - each with two twin beds. These guest bedrooms share a common bath located adjacent to each. There is a 2nd master bedroom upstairs that also features a Queen bed and private bath. Sliding glass doors from the great room lead to lanai with steps to the ground level pool area. The 2 story pool cage creates a dramatic effect and creates a fabulous outside living space. The dock on the canal is perfect for fishing and outdoor activities. A deposit of 35% of rental fee plus processing fee is due within 10 days of booking. Final payment is due one month prior to arrival. Cancellations: Advanced deposits paid will be forfeited unless written notice of cancellation is received by Florida Vacation Connection at least 90 days prior to arrival date on Reservation Agreement. If Guest cancels within 89 days, Guest will forfeit all monies paid unless property is re-booked for the full rental fee. If property is re-booked, Guest will receive 80% of the funds recovered. All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Refunds for a late arrival or early departure cannot be made.
