I already filled out the paper questionaire. Guess you did not get it since I was unhappy with being told you were beachfront a A guest from Phillydelphia, PA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2011 separated the balcony from the view of the Gulf. Not true. Only a sliver of the Gulf was visible and there were buildings and trees obstructing the view. I do not like to be taken advantage of like this and so would not come back. Property Manager Response: Response from Beach Club Vacation Rentals Dear Agnes, I am very sorry you were not happy with your stay at the Beach Club due to us not being on the Beach. I will tell you that I have been renting these Beach Club of Marco units for over 8 years, and never once have I ever told a guest we were on the beach or that the view of the Gulf is unobstructed. I meet every guest that checks in during business hours, I greet them with a smile knowing they are getting exactly what I describe to them during the booking process. Our website pictures show the view from every room, and from every view there are buildings across the street. I am sorry you misunderstood or assumed incorrectly that there are any unobstructed views from any property not located directly on the beach. In order to get a room on the beach for under 7 nights with unobstructed views of the beach, you would have to go to either the Hilton or the Marriott and pay a minimum of $400 per night. Unit 313 is a very pretty, freshly painted, squeaky clean, updated unit and is certainly a bargain at $185 per night during our peak season. Thank you, Bernice Clark |
