COOL DEAL! September through May, excluding holiday periods, EVERY 3rd NIGHT FREE! June through August, non-holiday, EVERY 5th NIGHT FREE! A cozy home with views of the lighthouse and beach.
The views from this house, located at the north end of the development, are smashing and provide panoramic vistas up and down the Mendocino Coast. The living room is furnished tastefully with a large leather loveseat and a comfortable sofa complete with a flat screen tv. The newly installed gas fireplace fills the room with a relaxing atmosphere and provides a romantic setting on those chilly winter evenings. The kitchen, open to the main living areas, allows conversation to flow easily and is at the center of this family home. The ceilings are high, providing an expansive feel and there are sea-theme accents throughout the home. The open loft is located above the kitchen and is accessible via a wall fire ladder. You will be pleasantly surprised by the size of the loft bedroom which includes a king size bed. The design of this home is uncomplicated and its environment distinguished by the views and its appealing decor. Enjoy a glass of wine out on the large deck while grilling your dinner on the gas bbq and watching the sunset.

Coast get-away Jennifer R. from Santa Rosa, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in March, 2013 We enjoyed our stay @ Irish Beach very much. It is a great neighborhood for rentals. The house we rented is located just above the bluff with great views of the ocean. However, there is no windbreak and the winds can be VERY strong. We stayed there in March, so I'm sure this attributed to it, but it would have been nice to have a little more of a wind block. Our teenager especially liked the loft bedroom. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2012 The house was very nice and clean, difficult findng the switch the turn on the gas fireplace. It was too bad it was fogged in the entire time otherwise I'm sure the view of the ocean would have been great. The second morning we woke to no heat as the propane was out. After a call we waited hours and no one came to refill the tank. Didn't know if we'd have a cold shower or not. Things like that should be checked before each new renter. |

There were ants; carpet was filth and bathroom floors were dirty; moths and cobwebs in windows. Both bedrooms had moths. Never could figure out how to turn on fireplace. Several light fixtures were missing bulbs or had burned-out bulbs. We enjoyed the house, but a good scrubbing and a ltttle TLC would have made it more enjoyable. |

Stayed for 5 days in July, 2012 House is in good condition and clean.It has good view when fog is gone, out of 5 days stay, 3 days are very foggy.It is close to the beach, half mile walk.It is 5-10 minutes drive to nearest grocery store.It has NO internet at all, very minimum TV program which none of the channels are our favorites. We forgot to bring our playing cards and a book to read, so it is pretty boring when sitting in the house.Need a knife sharpener. |
