The building has a great location with easy access to public transporation, 15mn away from South Beach and 7mn away from Bal Harbour area. It also includes several amenities such as a large pool, groceries store, bar, restaurant and a free valet parking.

We had no hot water the 1st day and the air conditioning was not working properly. We reported this to the management and had hot water the second day but no feedback from the management company

Actually it is a very nice well located studio. Unfortunately, the kitchen is equipped with only the minimum. we missed the toaster and microwave. We also had in the kitchen area to contend with vermin. Also, the sanitary facilities in the shower should be renewed.

My friends and I stayed at the Alma for a week and it was a great trip. The hotel was located on the beach. It was close to many restaurants and only a few miles away from South Beach. My friends and I didn't mind the drive, since it was only 4-5 miles. The room itself was nice, but it could have been cleaned better before we arrived. Other than that the room and the location were both great. We would definitely stay again!
