Bella Vista Means "Beautiful View" in Italian Bella Vista, a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath oceanfront townhome, is located in North Topsail Beach and features over 180 degrees of unbelievable ocean views, some of the best
views on the island! As you arrive at Bella Vista, you will find ample parking for 2-3 vehicles. Across the street is a planked walkway
to a sound side gazebo complete with electricity and running water. A glass of wine is the first thing that will cross
your mind as you peer out over the sound! As you walk up the steps, there is a small seating area overlooking the sound, perfect! Upon entering the property, immeditely to the right is the "kids room" which offers a pyramid bunk (double and twin) along
with an additional twin bed. The room also gives the kids something to enjoy with a nice collection of VHS tapes
and a TV with VCR. At the end of this hallway is the fullsize washer and dryer to wash all those beach clothes up after a fun filled
summer day! At this end of the hall, you will also find the full bath with tub and shower all tastefully decorated in a coastal theme. The first of two oceanfront bedrooms are on this level. This bedroom features a pillow top queen matteras with TV/DVD player. You will also enjoy the oceanfront covered deck complete with deck furniture! The sounds of the ocean are sure to lull you to sleep! Up the stairs to the living and kitchen area shows a complete kitchen with all the items needed for those beloved
coastal meals! The kitchen also offers yet another soundside deck with deck table and chairs! Can you imagine
eating brunch overlooking Topsail sound??? The dining area allows for 8 with a dining table and bar stools. The living area gives you direct access to another oceanfront deck complete with deck furniture. This room also
offers a leather sofa and several wicker rockers to watch TV with the family . . or the views! Out on the oceanfront deck, Bella Vista's views will simply take your breath away! Again, this home offers some of the best views we have seen! Upstairs to the top level is a secluded master suite with full bath with double vanity. The bedroom features a TV/DVD player
and pillow top queen matteras. This haven also features
an oceanfront deck that gives you a "bird' eye view" of Topsail Island! The complex offers an oceanfront walkover to do all your sun bathing and shell hunting on this quiet and secluded part of the island. Bella Vista has something to offer every family and you must be sure to visit! Linens not provided but can be rented directly through our office, ask your reservationist. No pets & No smoking.

$100 deposit plus travel insurance (optional) due at time of booking. 50% of remaining balance due within 14 days of booking. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations will not be due a refund unles property can be rerented for the same time period. Any pet friendly properties will be subject to a pet fee between $150-200.
