The casa and villa were both built on top of a hill, with panoramic views of the estate and its soccer field and horse stables in the distance, as well as the Pacific Ocean 10 minutes away by vehicle. The casa has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and sleeps 10 comfortably. This home has multiple areas for yoga, reading, playing cards and games, napping, and dining.

The villa has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and sleeps 10 comfortably. An over-sized, wrap-around covered terrace has multiple areas for lounging, reading, dining, and napping. The inviting pool is perfect for swimming laps, cooling off, and just relaxing.
