This beautiful mountain home is awaiting the arrival of you and your family! The 5,300-square-foot home has five (5) bedrooms, four (4) full baths, one (1) half bath, and can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. It is convenient for large groups because of its open floor plan and three (3) levels of living space. There is a one-car garage and ample parking.

Have a fun night in with the family by cooking in the gourmet kitchen or go out on the large patio and grill under the stars. You can enjoy the use of the wet bar or the entertainment room with its large, flat-screen TV and toys for the kids.

Located in Chimney Rock, North Carolina, the home’s scenic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and frontage on the Rocky Broad River can be seen from any room in the house. It is located just 20 minutes from Hendersonville; two (2) minutes from Bat Cave, Chimney Rock, and Lake Lure; 30 minutes from Asheville; and an hour and a half (1.5 hours) from Charlotte, North Carolina.

This mountain home is perfect for every season! Enjoy the beautiful snowy weather in the winter where a cozy cabin feels just right. Stay warm by the fireplace or relax in the jetted tub in the master bath. Visit in the summer when the weather is perfect all the time and you can enjoy the soothing summer breezes and beautiful sunsets from the scenic porch overlook. No matter the season, this mountain home, our beautiful area, and Chimney Rock have so much to offer, whether it is plentiful choices of restaurants or shopping, or a fun outdoor adventure you and your loved ones will never forget!

When looking for an outdoor adventure, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, and Hendersonville have a large number of options such as tubing, whitewater rafting, kayaking, and hiking trails. The home is also only minutes away from Chimney Rock State Park and Lake Lure, which was ranked by National Geographic Magazine as one of the top scenic lakes in the world. Located nearby is Pisgah National Forest, which has over 500,000 acres of protected forest, featuring hundreds of miles of hiking, biking, and horse trails, waterfalls, and beautiful mountaintop views. If you and / or your children are fans of The Hunger Games trilogy and movie, a scene with Katniss and Gale was shot at the Pisgah National Forest. Scenes were also filmed at the nearby DuPont State Recreational Forest. While the scenes only comprise a few minutes of the movie, they are significant including where Peeta and Cato battle; where Katniss is running from fireballs and cools her burned leg in water; and where she finds a wounded and camouflaged Peeta. It is also near several excellent golf courses, including Apple Valley Golf Course, Bald Mountain Golf Course and Etowah Valley Country Club and Golf Resort, which is rated by Golf Digest as one of the top 50 golf destinations in the US. Cancellation / Transfer Policy: If a confirmed reservation is cancelled or transferred, a processing fee of $50.00 and the $20.00 reservation fee plus applicable North Carolina State Sales Tax will be charged against the Advance Deposit. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival; all funds received will be forfeited, unless the property can be re-rented for the cancelled period for the full amount. Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice for any of the Advance Confirmation Deposit to be returned (applicable only if the unit was re-rented).
